usada ban / stripping not affecting lance

Has lance been stripped of titles? That's what I want to know. According to some articles he's stripped, then some point out jurisdiction issues, then some say usada is recommending he be stripped to the tdf. So basically all this Is still up in the air while lance is essentially moving on. It does seem to be a good move by LA since he won't be wasting dollars on lawyer fees.
