UAE thought they could do this with their D team
Cosnefroy (before his injury) and Soler are better than most of the other team leaders today.

For this race, it's not such a bad team. The thing is, we've just seen Vine, one of the best climbers in the world, who, with more skill, could win a Giro like Hindley, easily defeating D-teams in Australia, and that comparison makes us think it's a bad team. But Soler is probably top3 rides in today's field, and Cosnefroy has several victories in these kinds of races.

Mariault leaving Cofidis and immediately performing in his first race.

Edit: Ah no, wait, he has had one year to prepare for this.

The only things Pescador is seeing now are the backsides of the two Italians. Eat some wind, man. Come on..

Cosnefroy has 2 wins outside of France, this isn't a random Coupe de France race. Also he's never won anything with a 5km 9% climb in the final.

Soler doesn't have a brain. This was a pretty mediocre team, of course it's not bad, it's UAE.

I'm not complaining, it's great.
