Hang on when was WADA formed and when was the WADA convention
sometime like September 2007 so WADA laws were not law then it was up other laws.and agreements like IOC ect.
Cant use law in retrospect cant break a law untill it is writen in the law books.

Do we have any source for this other than somebody with an axe to grind against Valverde? Until then I'm not going to take this allegation as seriously as the others.
