Note: I'm using the same scales the UCI does for their WorldTour, only based on team results (adding the places of the top three individuals on each team for individual stages and one-day races, adding the times of the top three individuals on each stage for each team for stage races). I'm also including Professional Continental teams in these rankings...sorry for not posting this earlier, but it took me this long to read that this website actually had a forum! (hooked on phonics failed me!)
