EBH will probably have to join attacks etc to avoid the conflict with Hushovd in the sprint. Would look quite silly if they end up sprinting against each other and get 4th and 5th.

Tyler will be at the Vuelta. They coincide this year since they moved the Vuelta so you can't do both.

You are right. Hope that is going to change this year. He could need an (rather) important one-day-race in his palmares...

How come Gilbert is not riding??? It says on the start list it is. If not i think it shall come down to Greipel VS EBH. Sky however have a very strong team in Kennaugh, Knees, Hayman, Flecha and Geraint. They could drop Greipel on some climbs. I expect if the race is hard for Simon Clarke to feature prominently. Pozzato if recovered might go well. If Ponzi survives he could go well ( wish Sagan were here ). Rojas is here as well and has Costa to attack. De Gendt could go well in a sprint or attacking and Leukemans looks in good form.

I'm wondering if Matthews could last the distance/ terrain. I think if he is there near the end he could win???

I dont think Hushovd will be on top in this race. It is his first race after a break and he never preforme on top in the first race after a break. I belive more in Boasson Hagen in this race. Kristoff can maybe make the podium but I dont think he will win.
When it comes to the worlds i dont think it will be a problem, Boasson Hagen will be free to go for breaks and Hushovd and Kristoff, and probably the last spot for Arvesen, relaxe in the peleton and go for the sprint if the break dont make it.

I think Greipel will win today though.
