I'm not just sad, but angry.
You have covered all culprit bases.

No doubt we shall get told not to speculate on the cause of his PE, but that again, is denial in action.

Another tragedy. The doctors who supply these drugs, the team managers who condone them, the enablers and helpers must be punished as well as the riders. In a lot of ways the riders are victims.

I fully agree, there should be complete co-operation and transparency between the authorities and courts in apprehending and prosecuting those who assist doping in sport= they have perhaps the most to gain at the least risk, that incentive should be reversed.
