Family domination here. My little boys team top and me 2nd in the CN mini league & both on the overall leaderboard. My team looks better equipped with for the second week, but we've each got two riders (Gallopin & Engoulvent / Martin & Westra) who've done absolutely nothing. The latter two should come through in the TT but not sure where my two will pick up any points.

Gesink will now not go as well as i wanted in GC but i still had Sagan and Goss today.

I really regret Martins' crash- i doubt he can win either of the 2 ITT's remaining now.

It'll be interesting to see. I'm hoping purely from a points POV that the fact he's been so anonymous he is saving himself. Levi's pretty much had it so I cannot see too many domestique duties for him. Maybe Monday may come too soon, but I'm sure he'll go for it and be top 5.

If he's still around for the second one he should be in decent enough shape.

I had a last minute panic when i realised i should get rid of Gerrans for someone else ( Vanendert ). I also thought through having Froome ( my only reason is he will go well on the team classification stuff ).

How wrong was I for 2 reasons. The first is not picking him and the second is the team classification idea.

Regrettably took Cadel instead of Wiggins. With both Mollema and T. Martin out, not much chance of climbing the standings. Holding steady in the middle.

I have no time to set up a Vuelta thread on Velogames but just to bump this thread-
Alberto CONTADOR SAX 24
Christopher FROOME SKY 18
Nairo QUINTANA MOV 10
Joaquím RODRÍGUEZ KAT 18
Allan DAVIS GEC 6
Andrew TALANSKY GRM 6
Philippe GILBERT BMC 8
Nacer BOUHANNI FDJ 4
David DE LA FUENTE CJR 6
Total 100

I do not know if i can go ok and getting rid of Tiralongo for Bouhanni might prove a risk but i am hoping Contador, Frome and JROD can feature in the top 3. It seemed easy to pick therefore in that regard but choices like Gesink and Moncoutie then had to be passed over.
Degenkold seems like a safe pick but i am hoping Davis/ Nacer can pull through whilst i am sure Gilbert will be getting some good form back and De La Fuente needs a good result to get back into the WT. Talansky might be Garmins hope for GC but i am not overtly confident in him.

Best of luck if others are doing this as well.
