Hello "Contador's Farewell Tour" Velogames league players. Due to the recent news of Samuel Sanchez's doping violation, he will not be starting the Vuelta a Espana and has been replaced by Loic Vliegen. If you selected Samuel Sanchez, you can still make unlimited changes to your team until the deadline, 17:00 CEST (Central European Summer Time) on Saturday 19th August 2017.

Winner of stage one is team SOLTA O FREIO and leads in the overall.

I'm just glad my riders made it through the first stage. In the Tdf velogames, I lost two riders after stage one, then lost Sagan.

Check regularly for announcements and commentary.

At the time I posted the message, you were in first. Some new players have joined the league late. So, Grupo Ciclista de Sao Marcos is currently leading.... But, I'm still declaring you as the official league stage winner. :)
