I have to admit I had to reverse search because I wasn't sure who this rider is, at first I thought it was Cipollini. Granted Cipollini did have some big hair in his time, but this luxurious mane happens to be Phil Anderson's, is that correct?

Btw., did riders get shampoo sponsorships back then like they do with Alpecin now?
