No. Unless they manage to drop Albasini in a crosswind or something.

You can try the PCM tactic. Ride with your whole team as hard as possible the entire stage so everyone has much less 'green energy' left and then a final climb splits the field much more than normally.
However, I doubt real life works as PCM and I doubt a team leader will tell riders to go 'relay at 80%' the whole stage
