did somebody switch his brakes?? why is he even braking.. did something get stuck in his spokes??

ok so I think he was lining up to go around the left side of the roundabout then for some reason decided he had to go around the right, panicked and grabbed a handful of brake

It's wild. Seems like if your line is off (why?) you'd just bunny hop the curb rather than make a sudden movement.
