I disagree that some things shouldn't be open to interpretation. That's the whole idea of a jury. Like I said before. If a bird crashes into a rider and he crashes due to it, it's the riders fault? Would be silly, and it's not possible to throw every possible scenario into a rulebook. That's why they have a jury.
