Looking at the Strava segments Pog was at least 1 minute faster than Ciccone, Rog and Remco. But Pog slowed down at the end while they sprinted for the stage win last year.

that's because Ciccone, Rog and Remco raced tactically. When you're alone, you go fast. When you're with others, you change rythm much more.
