Congrats to Pogi for winning back to back, today he gave the impression he is struggling a bit in the final, so there is still hope.

Don't know what to think about Landa but it looks like things clicked for him at SOQ. When Landa was struggling a bit Kuss wouldn't have that, went and helped out. Just like Landa did for him at Vuelta. They are forever brothers. Vlasov limiting the loses and again showing some good form, Cian much better today.

Can we get @mou and @Froome into a debate about who puts better numbers Pogacar or Vingegaard? Honourable mention to @Ilmaestro99 casually brining Masnada into conversation.
Thank you.

Yesterday Pogi would have won, today Jonas would have stand a chance. Masnada couldn't care less, preparing for the Tour. As for involving all favourites, in current form likely Pogi and Jonas could have dropped Rogla but in the Tour form Rogla wouldn't have lost much seconds if at all. Remco by now would likely be deciding in between GC and stage hunting, Landa hence with a chance to be free.

I count Landa at 6, I first thought Nibali but he’s at 4 or 5 depending on how you count his final year at Astana. Cavendish is at 6 or 7 depending on how you count Quickstep. Pozzovio is at 7 or 8 I think.
A couple of others (only counting PCT/equivalents and up):
David de la Cruz - 7
Gorka Izagirre - 7 (not counting his second stint at Movistar separately)
Davide Cimolai - 6
Dario Cataldo - 6
Simon Clarke - 6

You know very well that Pogacar and Vingegaard are a bit above mate.

As said in the quote, that is on why i responded, to express all do not share that view.

If you installed your eyes before watching PN, TA and Catalunya, I don't know how you cannot share that view.

No, you said years in a row. You didn't said Pogi and Jonas are that much better entering the 2024 season. I just pointed out it's debatable. But considering they are so much better, entering the 2024 season, surely this is the season to set this debate straight.

Edit:
Can we get @CyclistAbi in there, so we can get Roglic in as well? Perhaps a new thread would be sufficient for that.
Masnada has the highest recorded grinta/kg numbers in the peloton

realistically, Remco can return to football and Roglic to ski jumping, because they have no chance against Pog, and I have insider information after the brutal defeat at Tour 2024 that will inevitably follow, that the old boss will accept him back to pack fish at the old and smelly fish market in the town of Hillerslev
