Alright, I'm using a new tactic... Matti to get in top-30!
Don't think he'll make it.

Anyway wind might play a role but yeah we all know tomorrow is going to be way more important.

Maybe one of the most interesting cycling days of the year or maybe i'm just overdoing it a bit :D

well i was going to watch the departure of this stage but had to go help my father today. woke up at 4am to work and surprise surprise work was on ponteareas so i could watch the departure anyway :p

i am one happy MOFO right now

Looks like we are in for a couple of "pretty" stages, before returning to the big climbs.
Can anybody in Spain confirm that RTVE have extra coverage over the weekend and of Cuita Negru on Monday?

Eurosport's schedules show them going live an hour earlier.:)

Contador doesn't need Armstrong determination.

His will to win is also very high and he will do a lot for it, eg he did the TT 8 times. Ok not armstrong-level but other people need that way more (AS) :p

I like that Froome chose Pena Cabarga over Plance des belles filles.

But Contador was really stupid choosing Lance. Indurain is such a more obvious option.
I'm not holding that against him too much, he probably was just being truthful. The question was actually "idol from your youth" if I heard correctly, so Contador was just 8 when Indurain won his first Tour and 12 when he won his last. It's normal that Armstrong's victories made a bigger impression on him.
