But surely that would be playing into the advantage of AC?

Not if he is actually feeling good and confident he can counter anything AC is about to unleash? Really not sure!

Rodriguez is way too far back IMO. Maybe he knows something we don't, but sitting on Movistars' wheel seems the wrong place to be...

I am starting to think he actually is bad. Or as if he is comfortable with the knowledge AC wont attack early. But that is a dangerous gamble.

Even if AC just does a small/fake attack, JRod sitting so far back would have to jump pretty quickly and hard to counter.

Seems as though he is banking on everyone else chasing if that happens. He is probably correct at this time, but it is risky for sure.

The Sporza commentator just mentioned getting an anonymous Spanish text message saying that Rodriguez has a fever. Pure speculation of course, but might as well be true.

The Belgian doctor of the Saxo yesterday said something like "Katusha (Rodriguez) will have more problems preparing for tomorrow".

That's exactly what I was thinking. He knows he has AC's number and is going to finish with the same time today unless AC blows himself up.

Euskatel boys have been given saxo boys a hand. Igor Anton is feeling good?

I wonder who will be the winner of the last domestique today? Saturday was moreno. Yesterday was quintana. is it Saxo boys time today?

The pace is upping and JRod is not moving up. Something is wrong. I hope that he isn't sick, as some have suggested.

EDIT: OK, he is in decent position. Thought he was too far back still.

Yeah, that would be crazy if you did that deliberately. Now Saxo hammering it.
