Afternoon chaps

Anyone care to give moi a quick update?

Coverage was late, but Contador attacked and is in the lead group. They have over a minute on JRod's group, with a Sky group a minute and a half further back.

AC just attacked the group to pick up some bonus seconds.

Screw Ballan, how much are they paying you???
Relax, it's not like Tiralongo's actions are completely orthodox either.

edit: although now that it's just the two of them he can claim he was simply working in a break, so yeah. :D

Even if he implodes and loses a packet of time, chapeau Contador. Chapeau.

He has a super day, don't forget that he dropped purito on the previous climb.

That's different, they are close friends and besides Tiralongo gets the stage if he can hold on. Different with Ballan.

Exactly. This is what racing is about. I understand not every rider is capable doing this and maybe Contador won't be able as well, but he's trying it anyways.

True, but since today is throwing convention out the window the Saxo guys with JRod should start to actively disrupt the chase.

Well, doesn't seem like he's bringing it back, in any case.

I was just going to say, but your edit addressed my point.
