Yes it is. In fact, in the final stage they climb Navacerrada, which forms the bulk of the Bola del Mundo climb. Unfortunately, they won't do the actual Bola del Mundo part

yeah exactly. I'ven done Puerta de Navacerrada this year (by car though ) and i remember, while visiting the aqueduct in Segovia, there was an annotated panoramic map of the region, showing Bola del Mundo.
I guess that having so many nice climbs close to Madrid helps make the vuelta finish more interesting.

He says virus has gone from blood and he is feeling good last weeks.
Still don't count on him winning, as he is not sure he can compete with best at the moment.
