Takes in the Amstel Gold and L-B-L. Brilliant. Why can't ASO do the same thing?

Race radio apologises for their mistake. Dan Martin and David López are NOT out as they originally reported. They did crash badly, though.

From Velonews:
"We're hearing word over race radio that it was Frank Schleck who decided he wanted to kiss the back of that parked truck. He's back in the field, though."

oops
Word has it that it was rising Danish star Jakob Fuglsang who plowed into the back of that semi-tractor-trailer on the side of the road a while back ... seems like he's stil in the race. He wins the Toughman award of the day.

would be a shame if fuglsang is injured =/

Apparently he was putting his rain jacket on when he lost control of his bike, swerved wildly and ran into the back of a parked truck
