I'm not sure if you're joking or not... But just in case you aren't - google "invisible bike stand". Invented specifically for the purpose of taking shots like this one...
Also, you can just get the camera set up someone holds the bike up by the rear wheel, you count down and then they let go, you snap several photos and they grab the bike before it falls.

Just tuned in with 49km to go, it looks like they just rode through some kind of an industrial area. I see the scenery isn't getting any better, and judging by the number of posts in this thread neither is this stage. I won't even ask where everybody is this time.

It's worth checking in once in a while to see how close they are to the point (~31 km to go) where echelons might happen (if we are lucky).
