The first flat stage since the race entered Spain. Approximately six sprinters, none of whom have won a stage yet, are left to take advantage, and it may well be their last chance before Madrid. Who will emerge to take one of the cheapest GT sprint victories in recent history?

No categorised climbs today, hardly a shock when the below is the most notable ascent.

There's an intermediate sprint at 10k to go, but it won't matter at all with Bennett out of the race. What remains is a very flat and non-technical run-in to the finish line.

If i was Evenepoel i would stay out of trouble, easy energy saving finish between the peloton! Let the sprinters have it and recover strengh for the days to come

Pulling a Cancellara and rolling off the front. Honestly Quickstep and Evenepoel could probably pull that off with Jakobsen/Cav/Merlier there as sprinter and “leading” them out with Evenepoel having 3-5 teammates behind him and they drop his wheel.

Why not just attack when the flag drops?
