Was Remco at fault there? It looked to me like if he didn't hit the lady, he would gone straight into metal barriers. It looked to me like he turned right while the road continued straight after the finish.

She was standing behind someone who jumped out the way right before Remco hit her. Remco really should’ve seen the crowd of people and braked, even if the crowd was closer to the line than it should’ve been.

For a MTF with 11 riders in the same time it was actually fairly decent, tbh - not a classic but also hardly Orcières-Merlette 2020 all over again. Javalambre will tell us a lot more more about the mindset of this peloton given the big gaps we got in 2019.
