I think Roglic assumed the time gaps were taken somewhere else than they actually were. So he's even with Evenepoel now

That's a stupid argument. There wouldn't be any racing without the fans, or the sponsors, or the organisers, or the hosting municipalities/regions either. Hence why it's a bad thing if the power dynamic is dominated by only one of these actors.
