There's supposed to be a tailwind now so it'll get fast and furious.
Be interesting to see who wins in the Vlasov versus Lenny VE sprint competition today.

Roglic with the usual pretend of 'what come comes' and 'day by day we see'

The man wants to win this race and has come here to win...stop with the BS
He's so incredibly boring in front of a microhpone. Just the same phrases over and over again without saying anything, but anyone following his career knows exactly what the goal is here.

The scenery looks hot and dry... (mandatory scenery comment.)
Yes, today is very hot. If even at the start, during the morning, was difficult to be under the sun, can't imagine how it is more to the finish region, traditionally hotter.

For comparison, I spent the last week in central Spain, Castilla y Leon, and there were much more cooler temperatures than the ones we had the last couple of days here in Portugal.

13km to go, I'll just go with Groves ( Wout coming in second) because in the sprinting department he seems to have little competition.

Portugal has so many climbs and they decided to put two dreadful stages. Someone who never visited Portugal must think Portugal's geography is similar to Danmark. Shame on you "inferior iberians"!

Seemingly organizers don't want to have good stages in the beginning. If the best of Portugal would be used, probably the best time to have them would be end of second full week.
