Lol, what is it with people feeling the need to call the race when they still have to climb the exact same mountain another time? And descend it two times?
Funny, was thinking the same thing thing (and I do it too), but figured ah, that’s just the way of the forum.

In a dolomitic stage with 3 hard climbs in the second one use to be attack for the first riders on GC. They have climbed Hazallanas first time at a good pace for Roglic, so it will be difficult he has problems at the end. We will see anyway, but at the moment, just quite desperate riders quite far on GC.

Only about 5 back from Rogla. If O'Connor blows today he could be back in the game.
O'Connor and his squad are already blowing it by having little to no control. It's pessimistic for sure to think he can't hold red for 2 more weeks, but probably realistic, they should play the short game and defend the jersey and not bet the long shot that O'Connor will end up winning overall. EF and UAE throwing everything at it and O'Connor's supporting riders are not up to the task, Bora doing more of the same. Taking it back a little at a time. Nobody can realistically think that if you race Roglic and O'Connor next to each other for 3 weeks that O'Connor will best the ski jumper.
Jay Vine and Yates both making the best of a bad situation.
