But I wasn't talking about learning from the success of cycling in Kazakhstan. I wanted to know what the national scene is like, because I don't know of any races in the country and am thus interested in how they've produced so many talents with little in the way of a national scene to build from.

Sutton in the right place at the right time and takes it easily! Weird chaotic sprint, everyone lost their lead-outs on that hill.
