Well here's something else I just discovered. It helps a little bit but prolly depends on your PC. Try right clicking out in the video space somewhere. Then if you see "Settings..." option, click on it. Then if you see "Adobe Flash Player Settings" and a checkbox for 'hardware acceleration', select it. I still get some breakups, but not as much.
