Interesting, especially considering Lance said his first marathon after retirement was limited by leg pain from the road shock and not aerobic fitness... I may try to find the quote / or not but apparently the marathon runner ring-ins he had running with him were saying he could talk freely while running the race but his legs were slowing him down.

This sounds interesting...and might be fun to use.

Not cycling-specific, so I didn't put in Bikes & Gear.

It has a cycling reference, though:
Such stuff (unweighting for running rehab) has been available for years. Other products do run unweighting via a trapese over the treadmill and special vest worn by the runner. One I have seen is designed to allow for overspeed drills to be done safely in addition to unweighting for rehab. My product, PowerCranks, does similar things for the injured runner (non-impact, unweighted, run training) at about 1/100 of the cost of the anti-G ($80k). This product simply raises the entry cost for such rehab, IMHO. I am not aware of any demonstrable benefit over other, cheaper, alternative devices/techniques.

Yes, another way of achieving the same end. Of course, this method also involves the cost of a pool probably making it even more expensive than the Alter-G.

And cheaper than all of them, PC's included, are....wait for it.... Inline skates/Roller Skis! Granted they aren't unweighted forms of exercise, but they are both extremely low impact.

low impact … until you fall. One quality of a good rehab tool is the patient should be able to do it without the need for a lot of special training or risk of new injury.
