When Lance's team is doing TTs on Bonti Carbon wheels does anyone know the brand and material of brake pads that are being used.

probably the brakes that are in the group they use, so that would be dura-ace I think...

Each company will recommend specific pads to use with their wheels, however many of these are made by the same company but branded differently.

Email Bonti or HED to see what they recommend.

On the other hand Radiohack may have a commercial agreement with another company. Or they could be using the SRAM pads but I don’t know if they do a carbon specific pad.

Aren't the Uniballer's Bontragers really rebadged Zipps? Or was that just in earlier years? Sure I read that somewhere.

Re-badged Lightweights. Made famous of course in Wheelgate. Front was a HED.

From my experience any carbon specific pads will be fine for carbon rims.
