Yes I think that would stop him ! What about Nyartholotep ?

Tour of R'lyeh is a very difficult race.

First stage is a Negative Time Trial.

Second stage the parcours cannot be drawn on an X and Y axis graph as usual but instead needs to be on the Y and Z axes.

Third stage, the altimetry chart is a spiral.

Stage 4 is the first MTF with a descent finish.

Stage 5 is on cobbled tarmac roads through a flat mountain range rotated through 90º.

Stage 6 will exist in space but not in time, and will be scored with time bonuses in increments of -π.

The final stage has an MTF with a punishing gradient measured in factors of i.

There could always be bad moments or nuance that works against you. It's not impossible that he could get isolated by Contador, Rodriguez, Valverde, Hesjedal or even Schleck.

This curcumstance doesn't guarantee anything. Very likely, Froome is able to smash all of them with 1 attack. I expect something like Froome's Green mountain final move from 3-4 km to go at Bonascre.

Unfortunately, they are never able to give out points and mountains jerseys since complex numbers cannot be ordered consistently.

The rain , the medium mountains stages ...

There are no medium mountain stages. I know, the organisation says otherwise, but that's just a lie.
edit: unless you consider the stage to Bagnères-de-Bigorre to be a medium mountain stage, which is not far from the truth.
edit 2: the only one who can stop him is Wiggins. But that seems highly unlikely to me.

Jakob Fuglsang (or Birdsong if you like)
