I let the result speak for themselves and this is after nearly 2 year hiatus. imagine next year... Vino is also much stronger this year than last year and basso too...

considering tahtw as ricco's 3rd race back after 2 years that is impressive by ricco. pozzivivo was actually in topshape in trentino and sucked in the giro afterwards.Libertine Seguros said:Sella isn't the rider he was, sure. And Riccò beat Pozzovivo in a couple of uphill sprints. But Pozzovivo dropped Riccò on Alpe di Pampeago to win in the Giro del Trentino, and then dropped him like a stone again a week later in the Giro dell'Apennino.

you guys are in for a ****ty 2011 if you dislike ricco
El Pistolero said:Doubt it, I'm a big Tom Boonen fan and also a Cancellara fan(to a lesser extent though, I'd rather have Boonen win one of the monuments)
And no way that Ricco is ever going to win a Grand Tour if Contador or Andy Schleck is in it.
And for the other monuments like LBL and Giro di Lombardia I'll root for Philippe Gilbert.
And that's all I pretty much watch in cycling... Classic races and Grand Tours.
Ryo Hazuki said:then that explains why you have no clue about cycling.
What impact would Ricco have had?
Señor_Contador said:None.
Riccó is great in the mountains, but a step below Andy or Alberto. Even today, in the Giro, he would have a very difficult time beating the likes of Basso or Scarponi.
As far as the Tour goes though... too big of a shoe for such a small foot.

I have seen some of the greatest talent and potential ever found, go unrealized or recognized for a variety of very consistent reasons. Most of which have to do with ego, attitude, mental fortitude, and expectations of entitlement. Ricco is close the the epitome of this very problem. He is his own worst enemy, and he is destined to continue flame out in a most spectacular fashion.

I think Ricco said he believed that Contador had been on the beach--the beach in Madrid.Ryo Hazuki said:in 2008 giro ricco rode cleanly and you don't really believe that beahc story bullsh*t from contador right?? ricco called him baywatcher and in the tour 2008 he said I just lay on the beach for a month to see how it worked.
ricco was clean in giro 2008 they restested the bloodresults with cera after sella got caught in the summer of that year.
