Could the weekend’s amazing finish to the Tour De Taiwan be one of the closest Tour finishes ever.

With Merida sprinter Jezowski Krsysztof jumping from the peloton to catch 6 of the 7 man breakaway group on the finish line of the final stage to get the 6 seconds time bonus for 2nd in the stage, and move him to the exact same finish time as Australian Champion and Yellow jersey wearer Peter McDonald (Drapac Porsche) after more than 800kms of racing up the west coast of Taiwan.

Krsysztof then taking the yellow jersey on a count back of each stages finishing positions.

thinking of this found this thread, now the question is, what is the closest margin of a photo phinish?
Edvald Boasson Hagen suddenly became a top level sprinter again in the 2017 Tour: he had two second places, one of which was so close that I never understood how they split them on the photo (either stage 7 against Kittel or 16 vs Matthews); I think there was universal joy that he won stage 19.

The closest I've seen on an official photo finish photo was perhaps 1 mm.

You couldn't tell trying to spot the difference in the direction of travel, but the winner's front wheel merged with the finish line cursor over a slightly greater vertical range.

Unfortunately I don't remember which race.
