What model HRM is FEDRIGO using in this year's TDF?

I saw Pierrick Fedrigo on TV with his jersey unzipped and it appears he is wearing a strapless HRM that consists of a small chest-mounted device that uses stick-on electrodes. Does anyone know what product this is?

The only device I know of that is similar is this one:

But the one I saw Fedrigo wearing on TV looked a bit different. (Plus, the Firstbeat device is not available in the US.)

I'll ask another way. Is there a strapless heart rate monitor that provide r-r interval data and PC downloading and other high-end features (similar to the RS800, etc.)?
