What will/should UCI ban next?

Marginal motorhomes banned, what's next? And what would you like to see banned?

I'd love to see explicit ban on high altitude "overnight hotel" baloons that help to preserve marginal magic gains from mythical Mt. Teide.

Power Monitors !

Imagine the carnage if riders actually had to guess their performance & how whether or not they were in the red ?

I'm very uneasy about team doctor reform, and what shape it should take. A doctor ahouldn't be one of those rights that gets "taken away" or regulated just for being an athlete. An hour a day for testing windows? Athletes owe it to the sport. Being at the employment mercy of managers and organizers? Part of the risk of selling your performance. (Not saying either is fine as it is, but: ). A doctor that you have a relationship with, maybe speak the same language? Given the UCI's history of managing personell, I do not trust them to do so reliably, or safely. Further, what would it solve? All the doctors may not report to the team manager, but would just report to a Zorzoli-esque figure in the UCI anyway.

I'm not sure what the solution is, but that doesn't mean we settle for a wrong solution.

Hypocrisy.
Conflict of Interest.
Insider information.
Under the table "donations."
Not publicly announcing bans/+ve tests.
Uneven and non application of rules.

Not clinic related, but power-meters and race radios shall be banned. UCI/ASO should never give up the fight against JV/Velon. In that case even flat stages will be fun (The giro was a exception, so don´t let us think those flat stages will always be exciting)

So the UCI can ban camper vans just like that..apparently the rules allow them to do it..but when it comes to the realiy important issues like Tues's and retrospective testing everything becomes a bit vague ...

Then Froome would have nothing to look at... seriously, yes, they should go...race radios and televisions in cars should never have happened, exciting racing..not likely... let the break go...give them x minutes, reel them in.... yawn...

As long as they don't ban bikes.

Careful... don't give them any ideas.

I honestly don't get the hate of radios. Sure, sometimes radios result in some rather bizzare tactical decisions - Astana in the Giro - but sometimes you guys act as if all the riders just all turn into robots going "now this would be a good time to attack but my DS who is sitting in a car several kilometers behind me keeps telling me that I should not attack yet but wait for the last climb."

yes! it's a tricky ?........dodgy doctors in situ or riders performing dodgy transfusions at home ....

while i feel that no team doctors would be great for riders riding clean their health and well

being is paramount.......

Except for pro tour races and time trials, radios have been banned for a long time. riders win in break aways even in pro tour races.
