Well, as for Michele Scarponi in Maglia Rosa, looking at him at the start, I felt like he hasn't ever taken it off. I don't know why. With regard to his bad result, probably he just was alarmed. It happens. By the way, in March I said that Basso is not a worse TT'er than Scarponi and was, to put it mildly, misunderstood. Let's check it out on stage 21!
