I see Shaun Crawford has got a 2 year ban for whereabouts violation

Bit of a different case to that of Rasmussen from what I understand, though I find the wording of this article a bit confusing:

Rasmussen missed one random test ( which Lance did many, many times) and was outed for lying about his whereabouts.

Crawford seems to have missed three tests within an 18 month period which is effectively three strikes your out, like the case of Christine Ohuruogu
