Tbh I had not considered the possibility he could just tackle his rivalsMy thought was that it didn't matter if he couldn't win solo, cause as long as if he kept arriving at the finish with one or two riders then he would ultimately win at least once. Either because he was the strongest in the sprint, or because the others would mistime their sprints or have mechanicals during it.
Froome running up the Ventoux was more entertaining than anything Pogacar's done since like 2024 started.
