The big question for me now is Vingegaards TT. Almeida has very little variation in these TTs, but Vingegaard much more so. In 2023, on the same parcours, Vingegaard was really poor and lost 28s to Almeida

Hope Almeida but think Vingegaard will take it. There’s still some stages Vinge can get some secs over Almeida. What would be great is if they sprint for bonuses in Madrid for the win. It looks like it’ll come down to Almeida and UAE asleep at the wheel on stage 9.

I voted for Visma. I think Vingegaard won't lose any time in the mountains, and will earn more bonuses than Almeida.

Almeida will be better in the time trial, but not enough to take the lead.

If he beats Vingegaard again for 25-30 seconds, the lead would have been in the stage that Vingegaard won.

How many seconds would Almeida have saved if Ayuso and Soler had helped him chase that day instead of staying with the sprinters thinking about stages?

This Vuelta will be decided by seconds. For Almeida's mental health, I hope by minutes, or he won´t forget that day. I'd feel sorry for Almeida, but it would be karma for UAE lost the Vuelta for that day because of UAE riders´ obsession with stages.
