Who is (or has been) on your ignore list?

Since I've never even considered using this functionality, I wonder who has used it or is planning on using it.

Decker_Tifosi is notorious for putting everyone who bugs him out on his ignore list, but who else frequently uses it? And who do you have on it?

Nobody currently.

At one time I had Arbiter/BPC and many of his/her SP accounts. That user would morph so fast that it just nullified the ignore feature.

I think just as intresting would be who have u put on your ignore list then taken off I realised there actually pretty cool. I don't have anyone non-clinic heavy posters on my list at the moment there were a few a put on during the tour.

redtreviso is on my ignore list, but I often check out his posts anyway to see if he has been calling Scott So cal an alcocholic again, so that I can report him if he is.

Other than that, no one.

Even if someone puts me on their ignore list, I wont do the same. Id be missing out on valuable things.

Most feuds i have had tend to die down and eventually become friendly with most of them.

If I put people on the ignore list for any disagreement, this could not happen.

Don't use the ignore list myself. Some users can get a bit stale but I live with them like I live with folks who let their dogs lay cables on my street.

There are probably decent reasons to use the facility though.

Personally, I've never been in the right timezone to see the flash and fizzle of an ephemeral flying troll.

I don't use it. Even people I generally don't agree with can say something clever. Besides; discussions tend to not make much sense if you can't see all the posts.
Of course some discussions just don't make sense but... that's quite another matter!

i only have warmfuzzies on my ignore list. but thats because he is hands down the most pointless poster ever. his contributions include stuff like saying cycling is scripted just like wrestling . . . .

other then that no1 is on my ignore list. what would be the fun in ignoring every1 that disagrees with me?

sportzchick - remember her during the Tour de France?
also have cobblestoned and flicker because it was just easier not having to read their misguided postings. would ban polish too if i was still reading those parts of the forums regulary

I have no one in my ignore list, and I used to think I never would, but recently I added someone to my ignore list at another message board and the improvement of my experience there has been massive. So there you have it folks, if someone here ****es you off enough, don't hesitate.

ya sportzchick must be one of the most annoying posters in the world and has no cycling knowledge at all even tho she thinks she has. . . would be on my ignore list if she was posting all year around, but since she only shows up in july . . . meh

Can someone please tell me what this thread is about? Boomcie is on my ignore list....

Joking asside, one of the 'benefits' of being a moderator is that we cannot put people on ignore, no matter how much we'd love to - because then we wouldn't be able to do our job. Sucks to be me!

I haven't used the ignore feature yet.

I have been tempted to put a couple of users on ignore, but was too lazy to work out how to use the feature. I later read posts of those users that were either funny or informative (or both) so I figure that for me it's best not to use the ignore feature.

Thank goodness. My room can get up to 108 I will let u know.

I think its usually an insult used in Celsius countries - so your room would get to around 42....sorry

The interesting thing of course is that IQ has a bit of a broad sweet spot when it comes to social interaction. Too low and its impossible due to comprehension issues - too high and it can be impossible due to disconnection with reality.

I know I am digressing but i also know this won't be a problem for those who have me on ignore! :D
