Probably guys like Thomas, Van Avermaet and Boasson Hagen. Still not good enough, won't ever be good enough.

Sagan has had a good spring so far. He showed in Sanremo and Vlaanderen that he improved a fair bit compared to last year, he won a nice semi-classic, and has a good chance to win the Gold Race as well.

None ?

Sagan is doing extremely well. Froome is doing extremely well. Moser for his age is doing fine.

Contador maybe the weaker we expect him to be, but his goal is in July. Not March.

I guess you didn't read the title of the thread properly? This is about riders that have recieved hype but haven't lived up to it so far.

It's a little early for a poll like this isn't it? We've only had 2 monuments, and haven't even gotten into the hilly classics or GT's yet.

It's no coincidence that this poll comes right after today's race.

I'm wondering how long we must wait until mods do something about this poster.
Haven't seen such a blatant troll in months.

Would love to know what's so trolling about this thread?

Or is it that my opinion bothers you? If that's the case tough luck kid.

1 Argiro Ospina
2 Fillipo Pozzato
3 BMC's 3 Caballeros (not that they were hyped a lot, but they have sucked so much what hype their was is still overhype)

Obviously I think Teejay myself but since he hasnt not won the Tour de France yet, ill leave him out for now ;)

As for Sagan. This should prove telling.

1 Peter Sagan (SVK) Cannondale 312
2 Fabian Cancellara (SUI) RadioShack-Leopard 251
3 Joaquim Rodríguez (ESP) Team Katusha 144
4 Sylvain Chavanel (FRA) Omega Pharma-Quick Step 142
5 Geraint Thomas (GBR) Team Sky 117
6 Richie Porte (AUS) Team Sky 113
7 Tom-Jelte Slagter (NED) Blanco Pro Cycling 111
8 Daniel Martin (IRL) Garmin-Sharp 107
9 Vincenzo Nibali (ITA) Astana 106
10 Andrew Talansky (USA) Garmin-Sharp 92
11 Chris Froome (GBR) Team Sky 86

The whole Colombia team is really a hot favorite for no 1 spot

He's going to lose his lead in a week, he obviously sucks

Ospina has had a visa problem so not fair to include him.

If I had to make a list of overhyped riders for 2013 so far, I don't think I'd include any of those guys. It would be guys like Thomas, Hushovd, Guardini, Gilbert, Westra, Degenkolb, JTL, Slagter, Pozzato, maybe TJVG...
