Who will be the next new tour de France winner?

I think the interesting year for this could be 2028 depending on what riders will be focusing on the Olympics rather than going to the Tour. Since I don't think it's that optimal to ride the Tour and then be ready for the Olympics a week later. So if Pogacar skips the Tour for example that directly opens things up.

The money UK threw at ASO came years after Wiggins won the tour, not before.
Who would not want the goodies first before they pay? You got it backwards in my opinion. Give Remco 100km of ITT. The problem is that Pogacar is here and he was not in '12, I get that. But that Tour was taylor-made for Wiggo. Be real.

I voted Del Toro, Ayuso, Evenepoel. In my opinion first on is ready, second one is close to break through. Remco is readyish, but it's yet again complicated.. :D

Can't say anything for Seixas, must see how strong he is after at least 15 days..

Looking to Seixas right now. I voted for Del Toro btw. This rising of Seixas probably means Remco,Lipowitz, Almeida, Ayuso lost any chance of winning the TdF in their career.
