Ah,There can be only one!
Yes. I think Evenepoel has slightly better chances in a flat sprint (compared to uphill), but in order to even the odds, he would need to push Pogacar on the flat over many kms. There are no guarantees but logically Pog is the big favorite - a no brainer. He just showed us at FW that he is in imperious form and was obviously just tired at Amstel. What I am finding impressive is his recovery after races. Only PN knocked him around. He should be primed for LBL.
If it comes down to a Pog vs Remco 2 up sprint, who has the best sprint? Surely that is Pogacar?
Kevin Vaquelin
Try and hold him back as much as you like, you can't stop him!!But only if he's not held back by the weight of a wet rain jacket.
"unless you win" - Shogun - I'm like many, I want Alaf's comeback to be complete. I clicked on him first. And I remembered rule #1: never bet against Pogacar. Click...Winning for Alaphilippe is trolling pogi into another stupid long range attack he can’t survive
It's a strange one. Luts is slightly more favoured in the voting wisdom than Ala. But Ala has the better sprint, so Luts would have to drop him. Can't wait for Sunday.
