Well if it's the current state of the sport in Europe that we are concerned about, then catching the biggest star and his current doping rings is the most important thing.

But if it's just a personality contest then obviously Armstrong is more important.

Like most polls the choices don't represent the true choices. I agree with hfer07, UCI must be first and the rest as he lists.
