Why are the Spanish Cyclists all saying the same thing?

So in the wake of the Armstrong affair it appears the only cyclists who have come out and backed him are the top Spanish riders? Is this something to do with their culture? Do they accept cheating as part of the winning way? Valverde and Contador have already been banned for Doping. Neither have admitted they doped to this day!! In fact none have admitted they don't dope, they re itterate if you pass the tests your clean. This is what Armstrong used to say. It's like if they don't admit it, it isn't wrong.
Why is Contador stood on the stage at the opening of the 2013 Tour. He's a drug cheat that has had one title taken away and seriously tainted any win he has ever had.
The UCI wonder why people think they are a Joke? It's obvious isn't it? The ASO should sack Contador off from riding in their centenary tour. I guarentee he will be superhuman. It will be ruined once again!!
Stay away Wiggo.. it isn't worth it.
