saxo and tinkoff order and he will have no choice

Of course he has a choice. ****ing hell he's Alberto Contador. If Alberto explains to them he doesn't want to ride the Tour because the Frenchies hate him and are disrespectful they will allow him to ride Giro/Vuelta.

He will ride the Tour next year. Do people think he got a 3 year contract on the money he is on, for him not to ride the Tour?

I think you are right.
Tdf is the biggest cycling show and sponsor window.
Everone even non cycling/sport fans know TdF.
For many people TdF is the only cycling-race they watch on TV.

Please do tell how you think he has been disrespected because to me it has been the other way around if anything. Also I think you are being a bit too generalistic saying Frenchies hate him and sound like Armstrong himself with a comment like that.

It's the harsh truth.

I remember when the French public booed Contador at the team presentation TdF 2011.

But I still think Contador will be there in 2013.
He wants to prove he is the best.

Not only at the team presentation.

You are right, I forgot that.
French sport public is not the most respectful.

I watch a lot of tennis too.
At French Open the public is sometimes very hostile to the players, if they do things the public don't like for what ever reason.
