I remember him talking a couple of years ago about wanting to go into broadcasting when he does stop riding. Maybe in the future we'll have a commentary in Australia that's worth listening to. Makes it almost a shame that he's committed himself to riding the World's in 2010.

You guys do realize the post-tour crits are fixed right, so that result means five-fifths of stuff all.

PS: I do hope Robbie comes back for a big farewell in Geelong though!

Yes and no. It's nowhere near the level he must compete, yet it still goes "fast" and lasts a few hours. That he can complete one is a good sign (his second spot has no real additional merit though as it is indeed rigged^^).

That is fair, but he was always going to be able to ride again, his injuries weren't that severe, the question is how he will go in a full race situation, and we won't know that until he rides a full race. Having said that McEwen has lost pace for a few seasons now, and I doubt he will ever he will ever compete seriously for major wins again, but that would have been the case without his injury anyway.

Yeah right! And next you are going to tell me that pro wrestling is fixed! That Triple H doesn't really hit people with a sledgehammer. That wrestlers use drugs! Give it up!
