Decathlon keeping going strong angering the "they lost their soul" French fans (mainly FDJ fans)

All their wins so far this year coming from foreigners.
Those French fans must love that.

A break consisting of Hoole, Poole, Meehan, and Sheehan.

some funny and bitterweet posts in the Gruppetto French forum after yesterday's Riccitello win. I never thought I'd see some Frenchies cheer for an Ineos
some French fans hate success. but we already knew it

So, a foreigner on a foreign team, is better than a foreigner on a French team?

1. The vast majority of WT races get full-race coverage.
2. For the races that doesn't get full-race coverage, the actual coverage starts the moment it's advertised on the schedule, not after minutes of nonsense.

UAE to win fewer than 70 races
Van Aert to win a big one-day race
Red Bull to step up generally
Pogacar to show signs of plateauing

These don't look all that unrealistic (apart maybe from the last one) so far.

UAE have not won a race since MSR which by tomorrow will be 15 days ago, and that may not sound like a long time, but in fact this is the longest drought for them since the summer of 2024, where it took 18 days for them to win a race after Pogi had won the Giro. And they have actually had some very poor outings recently, especially in Catalunya, but today's Induráin race definitely didn't look good, either.

They have had a lot of injuries, and Pogi and Del Toro of course still look stellar, but they will definitely not come anywhere close to the 97 wins of 2025.
