Women in Men's Cycling

There's a lot more to cycling than just those guys out there on the bikes. They cycling scene involves a lot of people, and a fair number of them are women in powerful jobs.

This feature story, Women in Men's Cycling,
http://www.cyclingnews.com/features.php?id=features/2009/women_cycling_mar09 takes a look at some of these women.

I started researching the feature under the impression that there were few women in the sport, and that they would have faced discrimination. I was happy to find out that I was wrong!

I wish Sylvia Schenk had a bigger role. But some in Aigle think otherwise.

Don't forget Madame Amaury, arguably the most powerful person in cycling. Or those from the past like Josette Leulliot.

Nice to know women like you are catching on to what we men have enjoyed for so long!
