So he can make it look like its someone else's fault. Why did he stop there?
The bike didnt look unrideable
He is maybe throwing away the chance by stopping and not just riding on

@RedheadDane Are you seeing Del Toro?
Nothing's going on. Remco is his usual ridiculous self, just not good enough and blames it on his bike, and on his spare bike. Initially Del Toro seemed the strongest, but now it's clear that Pogi is.What on earth is going on? I fell asleep and missed the attack by Pogi/del Toro and now I try to understand what is going on and the next thing I see is Remco loosing it. What was he thinking with that bike change?
Sorry, vut Evenepoel wasn't THE favourite. Pogacar was.Apparently when someone has to switch his bike for the 2nd time and it takes a long time while also being the favourite you can’t be frustrated
I think Pogi just didn't want to go solo for that distance. Pogi may drop him already in the next lap or two.Pogacar babysitting Del Toro uphill and losing 10 sec. Who is the real boss of UAE?Evenepoel cant find a good bike, wtf.
But saying someone from UAE would be able to help Pogacar wasn't a ridiculous thing to say afterall.Yes, in a situation where it would benefit anyone - regardless of trade team - to help.
Just assuming that every rider who normally rides for UAE would help Pogacar is silly.
What? He stopped and wait for the car?Why didn't he wait for his car? He is finding another excuse to lose.
the cars are called to the front in case of a mechanical - but obviously not instantly, so there was no reason at all to stop. He should have waited for his car to arrive. The bike was fine, just not perfect. What? He stopped and wait for the car?
They are riding without radio, he has no idea how far behind the car is?
One of the favourites then. You get my point. He has enough reasons to be frustratedSorry, vut Evenepoel wasn't THE favourite. Pogacar was.
Evenepoel was the main contender.
The bike will have been an issue and his legs on that 20% climb but he just throw away a minute. He looks as if he is riding a junior WC.Nothing's going on. Remco is his usual ridiculous self, just not good enough and blames it on his bike, and on his spare bike. Initially Del Toro seemed the strongest, but now it's clear that Pogi is.
I think he became frustrated he couldn't follow to start with and in his frustration looses a clear mind. Looks for a way in a bike change, bangs his Garmin, asks for help with raised arm multiple times... All the while he becomes more frustrated, and then just stops and throws the bike returning to his original bike. Why didn't he wait for his car? He is finding another excuse to lose.
