D+ didn't – what was the outcome? At least they showed it. We never got pictures of how Küng sprinted to fifth in Glasgow.

Contested if you mean being close to Pogi, but very unlikely to win as there are not many scenarios (if any) scenarios where he can beat Pogi head to head.I think he knows he could have really contested this. I mean with the dropping on the climb and then two bike changes he still overcame everyone else.
Some bizarre stuff and I don't know if the main failure was climbing legs, mechanicals or poor decisions.
Thanks now I'm reexperiencing the trauma of that retirement vs Sinner againIt was clearly Grigor Dimitrov 😅.
The difference between Remco and the rest of the field is so huge. And then you have Pogi on a complete different level above that. Just insane.
It is better that we have someone who still thinks he had a chance to beat Pogacar than just being slaughtered and being happy for a 2nd or 3rd place. What's wrong with this Evenepoel character? Why is he crying? Is he delusional enough to think he had a chance?
You should head over to The ClinicAnd not real for one moment.
I think the plan wasn't for him to finish, let alone manage a top-15.Wtf was Seixas doing attacking with 250k to go like he's on the refugee team.
I would like to see a flat WC road race with the rain pouring down all day. Hilly 250 k routes don't make sense anymore.
Pedersen won in 2019 in a sprint against Trentin; 2021 was a Flanders course; 2022 was Remco ahead of a reduced sprint. If you are a climber who is not "punchy" the last chance you had to win was 2018.
Now, ofc the worlds will always be more towards a hilly course... and that is great, it is some of my favourite parcours... BUT maybe have some variation of a hilly course in 6-7/10 years and mix it up the other 3-4.
VERY VERY happy for Ben Healy. great ride
The feel good story of the 2 big Pog bore fests of the year.Probably the most likeable guy in the peloton in recent years stylistically...
really hope that before his career is over he can win LBL.
Albeit an Amstel, Strade Bianche, Fleche win would also be cool, and seems likely at least if he stays at this level until his early 30s.
The people's championVERY VERY happy for Ben Healy. great ride
